Your knee is one of the most important joint for walking, running, and jumping.  If you don't believe me just wrap your knees up so they don't move. Then try walking. 

The knee is so flexible but it is also very gullible.   What I mean is the knee goes where the foot and the hip tell it to.  When the knee becomes injured, many times it's not the knees fault.
